# THE ONES WE LOVE (TOWL) > TOWL is a Swiss community cinema platform. Film fans vote for the films they want to see again on a big screen, and the winners get booked into real cinemas across Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Every screening listed here is a ticketed event in a physical cinema. - Operator: THE ONES WE LOVE, Switzerland. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). - Cinema pages carry schema.org MovieTheater markup with address and geo coordinates. ## How TOWL works 1. The community proposes new films or chooses existing films and votes for them in a cinema-specific voting. 2. Each winner of a voting leads to a real screening in a partner cinema. 3. Tickets are sold by the cinema; TOWL links to the cinema's ticket system. 4. Votes are counted per voting, so the same film can win in multiple cinemas. Each cinema has its own voting and screening schedule, except in Baden & Brugg and Geneva, where the cinemas of the region share one. 5.
